NESTLÉ - Drip Irrigation PR Project

Description

In Pakistan over 90% of water is used in agriculture, with 50% wastage due to poor irrigation methods. Nestlé recognized and took the initiative to help farmers improve their water management and reduce their water use through high-efficiency irrigation techniques. Nestlé collaborated with Punjab Agricultural Department to encourage local farmers to take up drip irrigation.
